I have to say that I had the best experience of my entire life while dealing with car dealerships and I wish every other one would've been. The owner Phil Perrone went way beyond my expectations and made the life while dealing with car dealerships and I wish every other one would've been. I was texting back and forth with this dealership looking to get some OTD prices for a used Kia they had. The first person Jonathan was great and very responsive. I gave him all the details for the used car I was looking he sent me a price sheet and then handed me off to “product specialist “/ sales person named Jeffery. All cars this dealership sales includes an almost 5,000 “Jackson advantage” add on. We are texting back and forth about it. He sends me an updated sheet showing he dropped price from 5 grand to 2,995 saying “ they are a for profit company” and “ need to make some money on this deal”. So I go back over the two price sheets and how did he come up with this discount well he took 2 grand off the price of my trade in hoping I guess I would not notice. SHADY. I call him on it and he says “ Ok. But with your tax savings it's actually $20,330 for your trade. I'm just being straight up with you. If you want to pass I understand. Have a good evening.
