I was charged $199 for a second key and have not received one almost a year later. When inquired about it they said I bought an "insurance policy" on a lost key and have refused to make me a second key. I ha one almost a year later. I went discuss the purchase of a Dodge Challenger last weekend. I sat at a desk with one employee and discussed the price. He left two separate times without the price. Another employee claiming to be a manager sat down and began to explain his life story. Later, he priced the car for $13K over MSRP. Then, he explained about the "Market adjustment" and how they lost money during Covid. I asked a question and he didn't answer it. These people are horrible and don't care about anyone. They play games and lie! I would definitely stay away from this place. Terrible dealership! More
I bought a use Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership for my business got the whole our cars come with a 125 point inspection bla bla bla etc. the vehicle had some issues that needed to be repaired I was gi my business got the whole our cars come with a 125 point inspection bla bla bla etc. the vehicle had some issues that needed to be repaired I was given a work order slip to bring it back and have those things corrected but a month after having the car I started finding other issues everytime I started it up and just got tired of going back trying to get these things looked at and corrected I really thought the salesman we dealt with was operating in good faith but he clearly wasn’t, I wouldn’t buy another car from this dealership if my whole life depended on it. When i sign the contract its says 20 mileage and the truck is coming from baymeadow.and we found out that the truck that they deliver to me has 1800 mileage on it.Four rims are filled with rust !!! They talked me to get the extra warranty but they say manufaturer warranty only 3 years .Found out its 5 years ...so I decided to cancel it!!Even wrote a letter of cancelation to the finance manager even refused to accept the letter!He even told me not to comeback to the dealership for my concern ! For them customer is a dollar sign .As soon as you sign the contract customer service gets thrown out the window!and you are left on your own .I ask the agent about the mileage of the truck he says he don't know .atlease they know what they are selling ..They know because the finance manager told me that he put w0 mileage in the contract because he was told by the sales manager..They know that if I see 1800 mileage on it I will not sign it...I make a review in their Facebook account even in the website owner in till now they keep ignoring it..that's why I don't recommend Chrysler Dodge Ram Arlington ..
