I loved my experience at JCJD at the Baymeadows location! Wali, the rep who helped me was amazing at answering all my questions and being super transparent about the whole process. I am 100% pleased with the quality of service and timely manner in which it was delivered. Nearly every single time I visit the service department, I’m met with people who appear to absolutely hate their jobs. Alex was pleasant to deal with, but I did not initially deal with him today. My engine I’m met with people who appear to absolutely hate their jobs. Alex was pleasant to deal with, but I did not initially deal with him today. My engine light came on this weekend, so I took it in early Monday morning (Today). I was told people with appointments will take priority, which I understand. They took my vehicle in, indicated the light was from a stored code and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Later today, the light came back on. I tried to make an appointment, but the website for appointments is down. I called and the call taker sounded like I was interrupting her time at the desk. She was unable to make an appointment for me and said if the website is down, there’s nothing she can do for me. I’ll just keep reporting back and rating my experiences until things change. I’m very disappointed and pretty frustrated! More
