horrible!!!! I have bought at least 12 cars in my life time from dealerships and by far this is the worst. The finance manager Tony is the worst he tried to add in a bunch of things in the loan. I had to back the next day and have them fix it . Stay away from this place!!! More

Alan our salesman was hands down amazing! He saw that we test drive everything we wanted, actually listened to what we were saying and in no way ever did I feel pressured whatsoever. When my wife made a choice on the vehicle she wanted the exact one was not on the lot. Alan found it and had it delivered from Orlando. In doing so he stayed late after hours two days in a row to complete the sale and complete delivery the next day! I will buy my next truck from him! If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle he hands down has my recommendation as the only one you want to deal with! More

I have purchased from many dealers and this one is among the best. Do your research and know what the vehicle you want should sell for. Research the value of your trade vehicle and then go negotiate. Don't complain where the dealer will not eat all of your negative equity from the last car deal you screwed up. Don't expect too much if your credit is bruised or sucks. These are all of your issues and a dealer can only do so much to help you out. Go to the dealership informed and work with your salesperson. These guys are honest and want to sell you a car buy your credit history and ability to pay dictate how happy you will be. More

Buyer Beware Bought a Jeep Patriot at this dealership. Unfortunately they misled me from the get go. Part of my deal was that I'd get 5 free oil changes if I Bought a Jeep Patriot at this dealership. Unfortunately they misled me from the get go. Part of my deal was that I'd get 5 free oil changes if I bought the car "right now". Sounded good especially since I felt I negotiated a fair deal. However, what the salesman failed to tell me is that ALL new purchased cars from this dealer get 4 free oil changes ... so in fact I was only getting one. I found this out after my first free oil change and when I complained the service desk they told me I had to speak with sales. When I spoke with sales they told me to go get the paperwork to prove it. I was told that they couldn't look it up because it was "upstairs" and it was the weekend and they couldn't get at it ... come on man ... give me a break! Don't buy you car here ... take your business elsewhere. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. What a shame. This is your stereotypical car dealership. Now you know why the foreign car manufactures are kicking our butts. More

Treated us poorly and insulted us. Happened to find my husbands dream car here, so we had to buy it. Unfortunately a two days later he notices the tires are in bad shape and are loud on the road. We take it back to the dealership and the guy who sold us the car said he would work with us. We then talk to a sales manager and he immediately comes off defensive and suggests we must have ruined the tires, he even has the gall to say we must have been hitting pot holes and just wanted free tires. He defaced our image in front of the whole dealership by suggesting we didn't have the money and just wanted we free things, he even said something to the effect of "this must be how you live your life." I have never been so insulted in my life. We bought the car there and expected some sort of service seeing as they sold us defective tires. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More

Great buying experience I bought my first Dodge Dart in 1963. It was a horrible green. In 1964 I bought my dream Dart. 273 v8 with a 4 speed on the floor. I bought a 2014 Dart today and it took me down memory lane. I can't say enough about the outstanding staff at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I typically dread buying a car but the Sales Staff did not pressure me and had all the information I needed to make my decision. Thanks Alan Vargason for a great buying experience!!! But, I feel compelled to comment on my purchase in November 2014, of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I began by researching online the vehicle and dealerships in April 2014. The vehicle with the features and accessories that I wanted, was difficult to locate in the state of Florida. My husband and I had previously purchased a new Dodge Ram Truck in 2011 at a different dealership, so initially, we contacted them regarding the type of vehicle I was interested in. We also visited and test drove a vehicle at another Jeep dealer near us. Neither of those dealerships had the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. I found the Jeep I wanted at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They are located over 200 miles from where we live, so we were hesitant to make the trip. I am so glad we did though! I cannot say enough about the wonderful, knowledgeable and professional staff they employ. We were assisted by Cody, Brandon and the Sales Manager, Tony. From the first phone call I made when I spoke with Cody, to being shown and test driving the vehicle with Brandon, and lastly negotiating the price with Tony, I couldn’t have been more pleased with how polite and how well they treated us. This dealership and their staff are to be commended and recognized for how they conduct business and their large selection of vehicles. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend them to anyone. And, I feel my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Trail Rated 4 X 4 is the most luxurious, well-built, top of the line, beautiful vehicle out there. It is amazing and I am thrilled with it!
