Pleasant at first, of course, all smiles, yes sirs/no sirs but when the negotiation process started, you know the 3 hR ordeal of going from desk to the "office behind the soundproof glass" and back, thin sirs but when the negotiation process started, you know the 3 hR ordeal of going from desk to the "office behind the soundproof glass" and back, things changed. I can only imagine how many role playing rehearsals go on behind the glass. Kind of reminds me of the commercial where the guy makes several gestures to a salesman within a vehicle while his wife thinks he's seriously making a stance on the deal. After the 3rd/4th trip back, here comes the manager with a bigger sales pitch. He basically has a bigger shovel. "What will it take to get you in this car tonight?" Yeah, what part of the first 1.5 hours didn't you understand? Suddenly, the guy I was dealing with doesn't know diddly. He sits quitely waiting for crumbs & informational tidbits. They tried guilt, pressure, misleading numbers, you name it. Even tried throwing in "bring in a children's book, we'll take more off the price". Then it's all about misfortuned kids. Needless to say, we walked. Although the dealership probably does have a state-of-the art showroom, with snack bar and children's play area, the customer service lacks luster and genuine sincerity. Overall, find another place to make a deal. More
