Dealers are anxious to get you in he the door...but beware! My husband and I wanted to trade in our Jeep Wrangler. The finance department stressed the necessity of things that we did eventually find out were not needed and led to us canceling our gap care and refinancing our loan. This transaction was far from seamless.....and quite frankly I feel as though I was taken advantage of by the team as a whole. My husband was involved in the deal however, was overseas. The good old she will buy it routine! Rest assured my fellow military wives have been warned! I will say they gave us a great deal....but the customer service and trust in company is severely FLAWED! Don't go here for any service!! I made an appt. on 4/23/2014 to have my Oil changed at the Express Quick Lube Service. When I took my Jeep in nothing was wrong with my vehicle. All I I made an appt. on 4/23/2014 to have my Oil changed at the Express Quick Lube Service. When I took my Jeep in nothing was wrong with my vehicle. All I simply wanted was for my oil to be changed. I take great care of my Jeep. Well, to begin with they put the alignment tools on my wheels before taking it into the service bay, which I did not ask for that to be done. The service person came back in and told me that my front wheels needed an alignment and he said I will get that done for you today for $69.99 ok? I said no, my car is driving straightly fine. The service person seemed to get an attitude because I did not do the alignment. Then when they changed my oil and I got into my Jeep to leave and I was driving down the road I looked down and seen my speedometer was not working. Dead on zero, while I was moving. So I turned around immediately to take my Jeep back and I ask them what did they do to my speedometer because now it is not working at all. They looked at me with a xxxxty smile and immediately offered to make me an appointment to bring it back in to be looked at, at my expense. They refused to take it back to the service bay and look at it right then when I immediately brought it back. I said no, I am not paying for an appointment because you people just did something to mess up my vehicle. They all denied it. I was pissed. The service person said oh, well maybe a Sensor just went out of it. I said no, there was nothing wrong with my Jeep, it was working fine until it came back out of your service bay and now my Speedometer is not working. They did not offer to do anything. They sent me on down the road with a xxxxty grin on their faces. Never again will I take my vehicle to this place. BEWARE!!! You will get screwed!! More

I had already done my research online and narrowed my options down to three SUVs, one of them being a Grand Cherokee, before I went to this dealership to check out the Grand Cherokee and take a test driv options down to three SUVs, one of them being a Grand Cherokee, before I went to this dealership to check out the Grand Cherokee and take a test drive. I've never owned a Jeep before so I asked if it would be possible to take an extended test drive to get more familiar with the vehicle before spending tens-of-thousands of dollars on one. I've been able to take extended test drives in the past, at different dealerships, and didn't think my request was too outrageous (most reputable car review websites recommend taking an extended test drive before committing to purchasing a vehicle and a dealership I used to work at had demo vehicles specifically for this purpose). The salesman went to ask his sales manager (whom soon after walked arrogantly by without even saying "hello," much less introducing himself) and returned to tell me that they couldn't allow me to take an extended test drive. After reading the reviews of this Jeep dealership, I'm glad I didn't end up buying from them. My advice is to go elsewhere, where you and your hard-earned money will be treated with respect. More

Sales were ok (i had in fact, referred two people who also bought vehicles), but the Service dept. is beyond substandard, particularly when it comes to customer service. I have been having a problem with the radio in my Challenger since October. I was dealing directly with the company that the dealership had install it at purchase - but only because Jax CJD had never responded to my online service request. I finally tried to get them involved in January to assist me and they have done absolutely nothing. They returned only one out of five phone calls when i was trying to inform them of the problem, and i've heard nothing from them since Feb 1. I finally had to contact Dodge and file a complaint - not only abotu the radio, but also about my last oil change in February - they didn't put the filter back right and i had oil slowly dripping out. Took my baby to Orange Park Dodge - - THEIR service was like a breath of fresh air. I will never set foot in Jax CJD again. More

They may be too busy for the amount of staff they have but the two times I used them for service were both bad experiences. The last time they kept my Jeep all day and did nothing but take pictures to see if was a warranty issue. 10 days later after repeated phone calls they messed up and answered the phone and I got to take it back for another day. The repair took 45 minutes. Horrible shuttle service to boot. More
