Upon inquiring about a Fiat 500e—unsold on their lot for nearly a year—I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a 24-month lease, whereas a comparable vehicle in Tampa was offered at $3,500. Ben’s communication over the phone was unprofessional, bordering on arrogance, and indicative of inadequate customer-centric training. The disparity in pricing raises serious questions about market alignment—and I still want to know what the sales department is smoking to justify such numbers. More
