My horn was supposed to be fixed last weekend. I had to contact the service department numerous times to confirm if my part was in and if I was going to be given a loaner vehicle. I was told a man I had to contact the service department numerous times to confirm if my part was in and if I was going to be given a loaner vehicle. I was told a manager would call me back and they never did and now I have to reschedule due to not having a vehicle during the weekday and not being able to drop it off due to scheduling conflicts with the service department and my job.
