They had our car for 5 days, but don’t do loaner vehicles. They will call an Uber and pay for it within 20 miles, but I live 30 miles away. The cost given for the work they did was off by $800.00 an vehicles. They will call an Uber and pay for it within 20 miles, but I live 30 miles away. The cost given for the work they did was off by $800.00 and some of the work was not on the pricing text they sent. The dealership was under heavy construction and we were not given a heads up when we made the service appointment, which would have been nice. All that being said the service manager was our hero and got the repairs discounted to the quote we were given and listened to all our concerns. More
