My family and I were 850 miles from home visiting North Carolina for Thanksgiving and had unexpected car problems with my GMC Terrain. I arrived at the service department with no appointment in desperate need of help. Wayne, in the service department, was more than happy to to squeeze me into their already busy schedule and reassure me that they would have me fixed up and ready to go in no time. I can't say enough positive things about their friendly, helpful response during such a stressful time. Thanks to Jacky Jones, my family and I were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday weekend and make it back home safely with no car problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Wayne and the entire service department at Jacky Jones. They are top notch!

I have been coming to this dealership for service for my Chevrolets for five years. The service department is one of the most outstanding I have ever experienced in my life. This is probably the most honest dealership anywhere. They don’t attempt to pad extra work nor recommend work that’s not needed. Wayne, the service writer, is personable, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I just purchased my first car from here yesterday. Andrew Gay Was the sales person that we dealt with. We felt no pressure whatsoever to purchase this car. We visited once before looking at automobiles, we didn’t buy at that time, but we were impressed with Andrews knowledge and honesty. We came back and purchased this car and Andrew took care of everything for us and made this a very fast and simple deal. This was probably one of the very best buying experiences I have ever had getting a new car. The sales manager and the finance manager were extremely efficient and it was one of the fastest deals from start to finish but I’ve ever experienced. Having the right people in the right jobs is probably the most important part of running a business. Jackie Jones Chevrolet has the best people available and their quality of work shows in everything they do. This is definitely a five star dealership in every department.

"FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT JACKY JONES GM SUPERSTORE "

100%, TOTAL SATISFACTION! My husband and I walked into this amazing GM SUPERSTORE, per the referral of our DYNAMITE REAL ESTATE TEAM MISSY AND RICHARD LLOYD FROM REMAX HIAWASSEE, because we were in need of a 4 wheel vehicle to get us to the new home that we just bought. Plus, they also knew that because we were both mentally and physically tired from our quest of home searching, and in need of someone to just take the reigns that would understand our needs and treat us ethically they sent us to the BEST OF THE BEST. WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM OF MIRACLE WORKERS! We met with JON FULLERTON CO-OWNER/GENERAL MANAGER, who had already received a call from RICHARD AND MISSY LLOYD to advise of our need, and the first words from JON, were "WE ARE GOING TO PUT YOU IN A NEW CAR TODAY" JON, put us with BIG RONNY, a man with a heart of gold. "Terrible Customer Service"

We took our 2016 GMC Yukon to have a new set of tires put on (the vehicles first tire change) and they scratched all 4 wheels. In the process of trying to get this issue resolved we were unfortunately subjected to the "Service Manager" Mike. Needless to say, our experience went drastically downhill at that point. First, when Mike asked "whats wrong" and I pointed to a visibly obvious scratch (which the other 3 employees involved admitted to seeing) he rudely said that he couldn't see it, that he didn't see anything wrong. When my wife asked him who his boss was and asked to speak with him, he mocked her to her face, saluted her, spun around and stormed back into the building to get his manager. At this point, we were both taken aback, as neither of us had ever been treated so rudely at any place of business (or anywhere else for that matter). Later, when Mike returned with the store manager and I questioned his mocking of my wife, Mike's response was (in the same rude tone) "I didn't realize I worked for her". I then corrected Mike explaining to him that a "Service Manager" does work for their customers, to which the store manager sheepishly agreed. Any company that will allow such a rude and verbally abusive person to work for them in any capacity, much less as a manager SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! Any company that will allow an employee to treat any customer (especially a woman) this way should be held accountable. We are both still in shock over the whole experience. I don't need to speak to this dealerships lack of integrity, the fact that they continue to employ this person speaks for itself.
