Cruise Control Not Working, Auto Trans Not Shifting Properly Excellent service. They did NOTtry to upsell me even though I was almost ready to go with a $200+ Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange and service. Excellent service. They listened to me and diagnosed the problem on my 2002 RAM 2500 with Cummins DIesel and Automatic Trans as a strange electrical magenetic interference with the "hot" wire to the Auto Shift Solenoid, coming from the Alternator. As crazy as EMF interference from the Alternator causing the Transmission to shift erratically or NOT SHIFT AT ALL SOUNDS, they were right and saved me $200-400 or more for a new rebuilt transmission. They really know their stuff, and are honest, trustworthy and concerned about the customer in the Service Department. More

Nice staff, work not completed, pricey We own a Chrysler and 2 Jeeps. Having been disappointed with Hayes Oakwood, we decided to try your dealership. Our appointment for 1 pm on Wed. was made the week before. We arrived at 1 for a Jeep recall item and asked also to investigate a faulty check engine light/low oil warning. We were told this would take until 4pm. We arrived at 4:30 and the only thing done was a minor reprogramming to fix the factory recall on the cruise control. The quote we got on the faulty oil warning switch was about 250.$ and we would have to bring it back again the next day and leave it (45 minutes round trip with 2 cars) The staff was courteous and very nice, but their hands were tied to your 97.50/hour labor and apparent overload of work. We found a local mechanic that will do it for 180$. Thanks for doing the 18 point inspection and recall work., however. More
