I had been looking on line, from Alaska, for a 4500 or 5500 Ram. JJ happened to have a new 2018 that met my requirements. My salesman Brian N. took my interest seriously and communicated with no hype or pressure. He did what he could to obtain the most reasonable discounts possible to an already discounted unit. They had a member of there staff, Hoyt, pick me up at the airport about 80 miles from the dealership, at 5 am when I arrived. The entire experience was very satisfactory. Brian did however make a small mistake about an included spare tire and wheel, that normally would not have been a standard package item, but since he had said prior that it would be included he did get it and have it prepped and available for my pick up at a dealer near me, without fuss or additional cost. Every one I had interaction with at JJ was professional pleasant. I would do the trip again. Sam V.

Jacky Jones provided me with thoughtful answers to my questions. They did a good job in diagnosing the electrical problem I had with my car. My service was quickly scheduled and carried out in a timely manner.

I went in because my oil is burning too fast. I get less than 3000 miles on the synthetic oil which is supposed to last 7500 miles. When I bought the Jeep the dealer suggested oil change 5000 mile and it hasn’t made it to that since I bought it.
We have stalled 2 times, the last time was in the middle of the road. This is dangerous and I have had to cancel any long distance trips for fear of breaking down.
The person at the desk suggested I carry oil in my car!!!What kind of customer service is this!
What am I supposed to do, I told the dealership I wasn’t leaving til they fixed it. The service manager didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me.
