First Service Mike, my service writer was extremly good. This was my first service which was to be free. Never have I experienced such a pleasant big ticket purchase. Just about 3 months earlier my wife purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Ted Russell Nissan of Knoxville and that transaction was a total nightmare!!
