I had a great experience with this dealership, I was assisted by Q and Desmond. They went above and beyond to find what I would be comfortable driving away with. The only downfall was that the accountin assisted by Q and Desmond. They went above and beyond to find what I would be comfortable driving away with. The only downfall was that the accounting department reached out to me days after I left to request the down payment again that was already made. I feel the communication within the company should have been better prior to alerting me and making the situation not feel safe about the decision I made to purchase from them. In the end they figured out the solution however it made me feel not secure in the moment and brought frustration. Outside of that experience this is a place I would recommend and happy that I was able to make a deal with them. More

I would never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. From the very beginning, my experience was horrible, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was told by Q that, because I live in Jacksonville, Florida, all I needed to do was come in and sign some paperwork because he emailed me the paperwork that i completed before hand. When I arrived, I ended up sitting there for hours. There was no organization whatsoever, and I even witnessed another customer complaining about how long he had been waiting. My salesperson was not at work when I arrived, even though I had been told to come in. I was told that he had left my file with another salesperson, but that person had no idea what was in my file or what was going on with my deal. I was then told that I was approved and was allowed to take the vehicle back to Jacksonville. Later, they suddenly claimed they needed additional paperwork from me. They had me drive all the way back to the dealership, only to take the vehicle away from me. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. I feel that I was given misleading information throughout the process just to get my business and make their numbers. This matter is not over. I will be consulting with my attorney to have the situation reviewed and determine what options I have. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More

I bought my car and gave a deposit online at 3:00 on a Friday. In asked that the car be fully detailed and ready for delivery when I arrived as I don't like sitting around for hours to take delivery of a Friday. I was told to call the next morning for a "pick up" time and was told after 1pm. I arrived at 1:15 to find the car had not even been washed, let alone detailed. Rather than replacing the clogged air filter that I was promised, it had been vacuumed. I was there for 2.5 hours, car was never detailed, paperwork was not ready on my arrival, car was completely out of gas and I barely made it to a gas station. While the Sales Mgr and sales agent were very friendly, the delivery of the car was awful. I spent 4 hours cleaning the car when I got home, it was disgusting. Fire the "detailing crew" and get some new people in there. Hope this helps! More
