Best Deal Ever! I wanted the best possible deal and wasn't sure if I wanted to lease again or buy this time. I'm very pleased to share that everyone was courteous, friendly and willing to do whatever it took to earn my business. When I told Kristin that I'm temporarily unable to drive and couldn't bring my car in for an appraisal, she sent Xavier to my home to pick me up and bring me back home! When I said I wanted to "sleep on it", there was absolutely no pressure to decide immediately. When I wanted to go back the next day, they sent Bill to pick me up. When I arrived, I informed them that I had received a better offer on an SE than they had given me on an LE via e-mail that morning. Without a whimper from them, we started the process all over again. While I was in the showroom, I received a coupon from Jena for an extra $100.00, to be presented after I made my deal. In the end, I bought an amazing SE Sport for an even more amazing price! In addition, Richard stayed late to bring me back home when I was finished! Every associate, from the sales area to the service area, went out of their way to make me feel like an honored guest. Xavier spent a lot of time with me, took me on too many test drives to count, made me feel like I was his only customer, that he really wanted to help me get everything I wanted, and could not have been more of a gentleman. Harley was extremely patient with my difficulty making decisions and was willing to go over the optional items and repeat them several times for me. I've never been able to say this before: I got everything I wanted and more in my new car! I have "Champagne taste and a Beer Pocketbook", so I never thought I'd see this day! I also was able to do this entirely on my own. I'm a mature woman and have bought many vehicles over the years, but previously had to bring in "reinforcements" before I got the best deal. This time, I did it completely on my own! I highly recommend Jaffarian to everyone, including people like me, who are challenged, whether temporarily or permanently. Again, they gave me all the information I needed, repeated it for me more than a time or two, and were extremely kind and patient when I wanted to scrap the deal after they worked so hard to get me where I said I wanted to be. They were more than willing to start over and exceed my wish list, at a price I could afford! I couldn't be happier with my experience! More

My Prius Is the Right Choice I had looked at several different types of cars and wanted to see what type of cars Toyota had to offer. I test-drove a Prius last Fall but I wasn't shown how it worked because it is a Hybred. It was a scary experience. When Alex Then showed me a Prius last week, I was very leary to drive one but Alex is very pleasant, informative and helpful. He showed me a few things that I didn't understand about the car and I realized that the Prius was the best car for me thanks to Alex's help and support. Sarkis was also very helpful and friendly as well. We did not feel rushed or pressured about anything. It was a positive experience. We would go back to Jaffarian again if we decide to buy a car. More
