The car looked like a dumpster, as they just got it in, their detail guys made it look new, buffed the body and cleaned the wheels, They even replaced on of the me remotes, as they didn't like the way one was working.....great to do business with. Israel was my sales person and although the car I purchased was fresh to the lot and I had to wait a bit for the title, he didn’t mind my constant inquiries and kept me up to date. Israel was always available and went the extra mile when it came to getting everything for my car in place. The good news is I drove my new car on very same day. While I was finishing paper work with finance guy he got my New car ready. He changed my plates from my old care to the new car promptly. I never thought I am going to buy and drive new car same day. Ricky is amazing. Wonderful sales person, he was more than honest and upfront with me. No Pressure, Not Pushy very kind and humble to deal with. Finance person Tom was very good also. I had some hiccups in service, went to get state inspection sticker. The guy at counter I don't remember his name but I did write his name some where, told me it's not going to happened today? Or you come back some other day. It's an hour and 45 minutes wait, we are very busy. If you can't wait then go across the street to get inspected out side and ask your sales person to reimburse you $35 . I was surprised with his behavior, meaning you buy a car from this dealership and get sticker outside? That doesn't make any sense! I was very upset and called Ricky on his phone. He immediately came down and spoke to his Manager to help me I am an old woman . Ricky and service Manager Chris were gentlemen.
