While looking over my trade, I met with Tony who told me about the new Tundra. Next thing I knew, I had the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. I think the most important part was that Andy, Tony, and the rest of the crew really paid attention to me and my girlfriend. There was no pressure to buy, no games to be had and be beating around the bush. I've been to other dealerships, particularly high volume ones where they blow cars out every minute, and jaffarian Toyota made me feel like my needs were met. I am very satisfied with my experience so far and my girlfriend will purchase from them soon. More

MAKE PROBLEM WORST I took my Lexus there. Had a loud noise coming from one side of tire I though it was coming from the emergency brake and I decided to take it to this I took my Lexus there. Had a loud noise coming from one side of tire I though it was coming from the emergency brake and I decided to take it to this dealership which I had dealt with in the past and I was satisfied with the service and customer service. Until this time. The customer service Rep. Franco Espaillat took care of me. He was extremely rude, didn't introduce himself to me. He started talking to me in very unfriendly tone of voice. I explained to him the situation with the brakes and I Had a previous estimate on a gas filler neck repair. I wanted to have that fixed as well since they were going to work on my vehicle anyway. He decided to charge double of what my last estimate was for the same exact job. $230.00. Just to see the breaks and for a previous estimates I already had for the gas filler neck. Usually the dealer charged $115 in total for any problems the vehicle may have. As our conversation was going in progress I asked him that I want to have 4 brand new tires installed on SUV. He told me: You have to go to Lexus for that we don't install tires on Lexus'. and I said to him you can fix Lexus but you can not install tire on it? As I was talking to the manager, he kept interrupting our conversation trying to justify his behavior with more rudeness. As far as the problem with my brakes, the noise is now so loud that I don't feel safe driving my vehicle and I will have to spend more money going to another dealership to fix my Lexus. P.S. The previous price for the filler neck was $475.00 he double the price at $890.00. When I questioned him he said and I quote " It is a Lexus you got to pay the price for it." More

An "out-of-country" visitors satisfaction! After the "check engine" light came on during a recent drive down to Geotgetown from Montreal area this past weekend, I wasn't sure where to go to sol After the "check engine" light came on during a recent drive down to Geotgetown from Montreal area this past weekend, I wasn't sure where to go to solve the problem ! I have owned my 2004 Camry for 8 years and had never seen a "check engine" warning light ! My Camry has provided me with excellent dependability over that timespan with only minor repairs and regular service checks at my dealer.needed ! I checked on-line for the nearest dealership and made an on-line appointment ( which I had never attempted before) at 9:00 a.m. on the Monday ! I made my way to the service dept. that morning fearing the worst ! After a short wIt in their comfortable waiting room, I I was greeted by a service consultant who informed in simple language that the oxygen-sensor on the engine had failed and what the possible consequences could be as well as an up-front estimate of the cost ! I returned later that afternoon to pickup my car ! The pleasant service dept. estimate was dead-on and to my surprise... they had checked my vehicle from front to back for my return trip to Montreal ! I am now back home in Montreal after a smooth and worry-free drive back .... much thanks to Jaffarian's Toyota ! More

Tom is the finance office was very thorough, helpful and professional while making me feel right at home. He answered all my questions in a kind and friendly manner. He was a delight to work with also. I appreciated the fact that he made sure I understood all the particulars of my lease and knew exactly what I was signing. I have been dealing with this dealership since 1989, the are the best around, baring none. The sales and service are outstanding. The showroom, the service area, and the offices are state of the art and pristine. So clean and friendly and very welcoming. The Jaffarian family has a sense of loyalty to their customers and go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
