I have purchased a Land Rover Defender on 02/11 from the dealer. While purchasing I was reluctant to add tyre and wheel protection for the vehicle but after some convincing from the Finance Manager Mark I a dealer. While purchasing I was reluctant to add tyre and wheel protection for the vehicle but after some convincing from the Finance Manager Mark I also purchased the tyre and wheel protection plan for $2500. The next Day after discussion with friends I realised that I won't be needing this protection plan and from then on for the last six days I have been calling the dealership to get the protection plan canceled with no help. Since I live 100 miles away from the dealership It hard from me to go dealership in person. I'm not sure what to do, If i don't cancel the plan with in 30 days after the start date i will get charged and it seems that only the financial manager who added the plan can cancel it but I can't get hold of him and i don't know what to do next. This is the worst car buying experience I ever had. More

Over the last few years I have worked with Corbin Wilson and Greg Suzuki, they have been a great duo for me. I usually get my cars through a broker because of pricing and was upfront about it when I first m and Greg Suzuki, they have been a great duo for me. I usually get my cars through a broker because of pricing and was upfront about it when I first met Corbin. I told him if they could match the pricing I would go with them. He was very patient with me, showed me the Range Rover, test drove, incredibly thorough - all the while knowing full well he may not get the deal. We couldn't meet on price but I use them for service and when he sees me, he greets me, is friendly, somehow remembers my name. Fast forward to my son getting a Discovery - same incredibly wonderful, customer focused treatment, sadly no deal for them. Third time is a charm for sure. I walked in, same story, same happy Corbin to greet me, this time for my daughter's Defender. BINGO, we did the deal with him and as expected, he went above and beyond for us. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and he knows what customer service is about. He never once changed how he worked with me, he could have given me half of his attention assuming he wouldn't get the deal like the times before, but he didn't. He is a true professional in this industry. More
