I had been working with a salesman for several days and I had been working with a salesman for several days and had told them that I wanted to purchase a particular CPO Discovery. I offered a deposit, but I had been working with a salesman for several days and had told them that I wanted to purchase a particular CPO Discovery. I offered a deposit, but I was informed that they do not take deposits but they would not sell it out from under me. Since I am out of state, I had to make payment and travel arrangements. As I was making plane reservations, I received a call from the salesman to let me know that management was not sure if they would sell the car to me since someone local had expressed interest. I was told that they would call me back in a few hours and let me know if the local buyer decided to buy the car. If not, I may be allowed to buy the car. Other reviews have indicated that they don’t like out-of-state buyers, and that seems to be true. At least I had not wasted a plane trip. They seriously expected me to climb on a plane, fly to California, and hope that it was still available when I arrived. Salesman was nice all the way through - can't this dealership can’t be trusted. More

The Land Rover Anaheim Hills Service Department is demeaning and incompetent - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they drop the ball on items scheduled and confirmed, inc demeaning and incompetent - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they drop the ball on items scheduled and confirmed, including the rental car - they missed a coolant leak when the car was specifically brought in for a coolant inspection. Sadly disappointed in the lack of service and quality - although, they were well versed in excuses; they even had the audacity to suggest a coolant leak was too complicated for me to understand. If you want to buy a Land Rover, buy it from anywhere but here and spare yourself the headache that will inevitably hit you once you are done with the Sales Department and left with the Service Department. More

MUST READ Wow what can I say. I purchased my vehicle from the dealership on Easter Sunday. Corbin was the one who sold me my vehicle. I drove it off the lot and it was quick and easy! I truly got my dream ca the dealership on Easter Sunday. Corbin was the one who sold me my vehicle. I drove it off the lot and it was quick and easy! I truly got my dream car. Unfortunately one day later my cars Front parking sensor was not working. I took it to the Porsche dealership to see if it was under my warranty to get it fixed. They said that a rat chewed my front wire and unfortunately the parking sensors and other sensors were damaged because of the rat! It was going to be about $3000 to fix it. I kindly messaged Corbin about the situation. I explained my whole situation to Corbin explaining what has happened to the vehicle and he kindly and deliberately went out of his way to help me out. Not only Was he so kind and helpful, the dealership fully paid for my vehicle to get fixed! I am forever grateful for this dealership and for Corbin and what they did for me. More
