Service Techs smoking Cannabis in our car! We took our car in to be serviced at Park Place Jaguar a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday my son starts questioning me about how I feel about marijuana We took our car in to be serviced at Park Place Jaguar a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday my son starts questioning me about how I feel about marijuana use. Apparently, he had found an empty container for a Cannabis cigar in his dad car. He assumed it was his dad’s. I later confirmed this was not his father’s. The last place this car was out of our possession was at Park Place for service. I dropped the car off for its service this time. I was surprised about how unprofessional this service center personal appeared. It now seems evident this dealership service center has a real culture issue. I am glad no one was hurt during their pot smoking joy ride in our F-Type convertible! We will not be using this service center again. More

Excellent Experience. I was referred to Cade Mannetti from a friend who had a great experience. Mine was exactly the same. We don't live close to the dealership so we were I was referred to Cade Mannetti from a friend who had a great experience. Mine was exactly the same. We don't live close to the dealership so we were able to do everything remotely. Everything was very easy from building my car to the delivery. Justen came out after the delivery and walked me through all of the car's features and functions. He even followed up the day after to see if I had any additional questions and would have come back out if needed. Again, everything was made very easy. I will absolutely get in touch with Cade for my next car! More
I’ve been a long time customer of Park Place dealerships and have spent a lot of money with them. I was looking to purchase a Range Rover Sport or a Discovery from Clark Price who was great and did everythi and have spent a lot of money with them. I was looking to purchase a Range Rover Sport or a Discovery from Clark Price who was great and did everything he could until Daniel Syvrud tired to screw me. I had several appraisals for my truck from several reputable dealers as well as KBB’s showing my truck was worth 38-41k trade value however he insisted on 33k and wouldn’t budge then wanted full asking for the vehicle I was trying to buy. This went on for several days trying to work the deal and I even left Daniel a message to call me however he failed to do so and I know he received my VM because he mentioned it to my sales guy. I’m very disappointed in the lack of respect and and customer service from Daniel Syvrud at Range Rover Grapevine this makes me question any further deals with them. I’ve always been taken care of by all the staff but Daniel leaves a lot to be desired in all areas of business. Worst experience ever. Daniel needs to be selling Kia’s because his customer service skills are on that level and he shouldn’t be in a high line dealership. More
