Best car buying experience I've ever had I had been looking for a very specific Jaguar for months but could not find anything close to where I live in Pennsylvania. I began to search other s I had been looking for a very specific Jaguar for months but could not find anything close to where I live in Pennsylvania. I began to search other states online, and came across Park Place in Texas. In addition to having one of the best jaguar inventories I have seen while shopping for a vehicle, their website was extremely easy to navigate and had lots of great high resolution pictures of the cars. I had never bought a vehicle out of state before. With it being nerve racking enough buying a car when you can actually see it and touch it, I was extremely apprehensive to entertain the idea of purchasing a car from another state without seeing it first and taking a test drive. The thought of remotely haggling over the phone about the price of a car was not something I was looking forward to. Eventually however I reached out to Park Place, and was put in touch with Nicole Smallwood. That's when my perception of the car buying process was changed. I spoke with Nicole and discussed exactly what I was looking for. I explained I was from out of state, and was a bit nervous to make such a significant purchase, sight unseen. She assured me that Park Place had lots of experience working with buyers from other States and the Dealership had tons of positive reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. From then on, it was like I had a personal car shopping concierge at my beck and call. I decided to put Nicole through the paces a bit and see if she could deliver what was promised. In addition to the great photos already on the website, I requested an information package on two particular vehicles. Within a few hours of the request, Nicole had put together a nice information packet on each of the vehicles and emailed them to me. I then asked for a few close up pictures of each of the vehicles, and once again, very shortly after, I had a nice portfolio of what seemed to be pictures taken by a professional photographer. She even offered to walk out in the parking lot and send me a video of the car! At this point it was clearly evident that she was going to do whatever it took to give me the comfort level I needed. With all my questions answered, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I asked for the best price she could give me, and without any negotiation on my part at all, she came back with a number that was perfectly in line with what I was expecting to spend. Nicole handled 99% of the paperwork remotely via email, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. All I had left to do was sign and drive when I went to pick up the car. I flew to Dallas after work one evening to pickup the vehicle, and a ride was arranged by Park Place to pick me up at the airport. My flight was delayed, so I arrived close to the time the dealership closed. When I got to Dallas, I was greeted by James McDonald from Park Place, and he drove me to the dealership. He said not to worry about being a bit late, they would stay as long as needed. When we finally arrived at the dealership, I took a look at the vehicle, and it was EXACTLY as Nicole had described! It was freshly detailed and even more beautiful in person. As promised, I signed a few pieces of paper and was on my way home with my new Jaguar in just a few minutes. Park Place also assisted me with getting the car registered in PA, which was super helpful, as I had no idea how to do this. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I will be a Park Place customer for life. If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Park Place. You won't be disappointed! More
