He was always responsive to my emails especially since I lived out of town and we did the entire deal via text and email Dave was great to deal with. Vehicle was ready when I got there although their make ready department has some opportunities for improvement. We had to send the vehicle back for additional cleaning after finding cracker crumbs and spilt drink residue on the seats. All in all very satisfied with ourchase. Dave has reached a couple times to make sure things are going well. More
