Following the initial contact via e-commerce site, the responses were quick and efficient. We subsequently arranged a meeting with Cade Manetti to discuss vehicle, leasing and financing options. Cade helped by arranging test drives in several vehicles and explained the various option packages available. He addressed and explained all our options and comments, eventually arriving at the Jaguar XF35t Prestige. Cade was extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all patient. He scheduled a meeting that day and had the model of car waiting on me when I got there. He was very knowledgeable about the first model I looked at and then I decided I like another model more. So he pulled that one around and knew everything about that car. I never felt pressured and was comfortable knowing that Brad just wanted to answer any questions that I had. The car sells itself, but the experience will bring me back when it's time to get another car. More
