What a great experience. I test drove the F Type at another dealership and didn't have a great experience. I had questions that the other dealership didn't really react to tha I test drove the F Type at another dealership and didn't have a great experience. I had questions that the other dealership didn't really react to that well. So I called you guys to see if I could improve my experience. I got Paul on the phone and immediately liked him. He was very down to earth and non judgement all about my questions regarding leasing, buying, pre-owned, etc.. Immediately put me at ease. I made an appt to come in same day, and the in-person was great as well. I was interested in a black base F Type coupe that was on the floor, and Paul test drove and walked me through the numbers, all the while talking about the great qualities of the car. I inquired about the other available coupe - a salsa red V6 S, and he then did the whole song and dance again, explaining the differences between the cars. Would have been very easy for him to hard sell me on the more expensive car, but he wasn't pushy about it. He respected my original interest without prejudicing the purchase proposition. He made me feel good about either choice. Once I was locked into the more expensive model, he reinforced the decision. I was impressed by his restraint. Sales guys sell you hard on the extras and the more expensive sale. Paul read the situation and helped me make the right decision for me. That is a sales relationship versus being sold a car. Taylor was also great to work with. Made the process painless and easy, explained the details and watch outs. Genuinely nice guy and quite helpful. Overall I rate my experience as a perfect 10. I have the car I have desired since I first saw it (people are freaking out over how awesome it is), and the process to get it was fun and easy. What could be better? Thanks Paul and Taylor. Needed a change I had been researching the design, style, and features of the 2014 Jaguar XJ or XJL. I have owned BMW's for years and I felt it was time for a chang I had been researching the design, style, and features of the 2014 Jaguar XJ or XJL. I have owned BMW's for years and I felt it was time for a change. Part of my research includes the design or architecture of the lines of the car...basically how the car looks from front to back. I was seriously impressed with the lines of the Jaguar XJ/XJL with emphasis on the integrated rear tail lights. I was introduced to Brad and his expertise and knowledge were outstanding. Brad not only helped me find the right car (model and options) but he handled everything including the financing and all the paperwork. On the day of the sale, both Brad and his finance manager were impressive in that everything was ready, and handled with easy.
