Far as the Jaguar DFW is way better than the one at Jaguar Dallas and seems to have some great used cars, however, on the delivery was little disappointing with the salesmen which was lacking on the k Jaguar Dallas and seems to have some great used cars, however, on the delivery was little disappointing with the salesmen which was lacking on the knowledge of the vehicle, and failed short on the delivery, we purchased a 2020 Range Rover which was in great shape, we requested to have the floor mats be laid out twice and it never got done. Then to fine out we didn’t receive a full tank of gas for buying the vehicle. Which is the reason I rated a 4 star. More

Two African American retired Colonels walked into this dealership on 7 Jan 23 (my husband and I retired from Active Duty about 1 year ago). We are looking to replace a BMW X series. No one greeted us or dealership on 7 Jan 23 (my husband and I retired from Active Duty about 1 year ago). We are looking to replace a BMW X series. No one greeted us or offered assistance. In fact, the gentlemen at the front desk appeared to inentionally look down (away) when we walked in; and two older gentlemen who were talking to each other dispersed. ALL saw us walk in- even the two women sitting on the bench looked up. We got in and out of vehicles for about 20+ minutes no< greeting, not one approach. So much for customer service...the behavior certainly did not engender ME to want to give e our hard earned incomes to this facility. Cee Williams More

Worst Service department I have ever dealt with. Every time I have used their service department I have had the same experience. You have to take it in multiple times to get the issue resolved. I Every time I have used their service department I have had the same experience. You have to take it in multiple times to get the issue resolved. I've also taken it in and had it returned in with new issues. These issues have ranged from dents in the car to road rash on the wheels. I have also had the experience of it taking weeks all the way up to a month to get the car back from Service. Auto texts are sent in the middle of the night. I would not recommend Park Place. More

First time buyer at Park Place DFW. I am from VA, so getting the vehicle I wanted from TX to VA, I knew was going to be a process. This entire team works like a “well oiled machine.” They make the process of buying and shipping a car nearly seamless and effortless for the customer. This company pays for many of the costs that it takes to make this happen. They have some of the cheapest added fees in the Nation. From sales to finance to management, Rob and Bob were fantastic! I recommend this dealership above any other, as it is one of the very few left that truly cares about the customer. I hope to do business with you all again in the future!
