My car was dropped off to Hunt Valley Land Rover from Columbia, where that dealership couldn't fix my IPace. Not only was he courteous and professional, but exceptionally kind. I will drive the extra 45 minutes for all future service needs in the future- that's how impressed I was with the service here. When I came to pick up the car, the checkout was quick and efficient. This is an excellent dealership! More

My battery was dead in my 2019 F-Pace. It was flat bedded to my dealer at no expense to me . That was on Friday. By Tuesday my car was repaired , new battery and new rear brakes which were It was flat bedded to my dealer at no expense to me . That was on Friday. I just missed by a week or so my complimentary annual service cut-off date due to my error - I thought it was extended for 2022 as it previously was for 2021 for Covid reasons. Bill Keyes and Grant auth service cut-off date due to my error - I thought it was extended for 2022 as it previously was for 2021 for Covid reasons. Bill Keyes and Grant authorized the complimentary service. I later found out that Jaguar USA rejected my "claim" and the dealership absorbed the entire cost. You can't treat customers better than that - can you! More
