Because of the uniqueness of the Volvo customer I feel that it is important that consistency and longevity with staff is essential. absent of that both the success of the business and growth will be jeopardized. If the dealership does not commit to that I feel that Lower cost alternatives will be sought. I do not want to be one of those customers who just shops by price.
