However, my recent experience was a pleasant exception. When I visited Capital Volvo dealership first time, I was greeted by Cidalia Millham. She was courteous and pleasant, but more importantly, she provided me with information I was seeking in a straight-forward and matter-of-fact manner. Of course, she wanted to sell a car, but without undue pitch for sale. When I visited her a few weeks later for further information, I was so impressed by her efforts to be helpful, I signed to a deal which I did not intend to make on that day. It was great pleasure for me to buy a car through such a fine person. More
