Have always had a great experience, but this service missed the mark. Service itself was great, but when I came to pick up car, receptionist couldn’t be bothered to try to assist. Simply said she coul missed the mark. Service itself was great, but when I came to pick up car, receptionist couldn’t be bothered to try to assist. Simply said she couldn’t find my paperwork and that I’d have to come back when full staff was present. After a bit of time, a salesperson came over to see what the issue was... they actually tried to help and found my paperwork in seconds. They saved the day. Unfortunately, receptionist simply did not care, and did not even try to help. Sad. More
