I was a customer of this dealership for the past two years while I had my Land Rover Discovery. Two years back I experienced horrendous service at the Clarksville, MD dealership and decided to give the Annapolis, MD dealership a try. This turned out to be the best decision I ever made despite it being 40 miles further for me to drive. JR's excellent service over the past two years was exceptional. He went above and beyond always to make me feel like a valued customer and to address my concerns. The Annapolis dealership has a gold star service department, a beautiful facility, friendly employees. This will definitely be the only dealership I would ever visit again for sales, service. etc!
