We had a great car shopping experience with Sales Guide Graeme Reeves. He was both friendly and very knowledgeable about the product Land Rover. We came into the dealership with little or no knowledge on Graeme Reeves. He was both friendly and very knowledgeable about the product Land Rover. We came into the dealership with little or no knowledge on this vehicle but left with this being a top contender for our next vehicle purchase. It wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He greeted us with courtesy each and every time, even the test drives were a learning experience! But what really sold us was the drive over the rocky obstacle course out front of the Annapolis dealership, this was definitely the icing on the cake. Silly us, we though it was just there for decoration!!!!! Within two weeks of our last visit, we purchased a new Land Rover LR4. Awesome! More

It doesn't get any better than working with a sales adviser who owns and fully utilizes the product that they sell. Graeme Reeves is that person. I was looking for a stylish, rugged vehicle that had adviser who owns and fully utilizes the product that they sell. Graeme Reeves is that person. I was looking for a stylish, rugged vehicle that had respectable towing capabilities and I began researching the Evoque. Graeme took my wife and I for a test drive on the dealer's demonstration course and it was an experience that I will never forget! The demo course with Graeme is a must do! He kept me updated during the entire ordering process and upon delivery he gave a thorough and very practical introduction to all of the features in our Evoque. Overall, this has been my best new vehicle purchasing experience. More

I met Graeme at the Washington Auto Show. He stuck his head into the Range Rover Evoque as I was admiring the interior. He immediately pointed out the full moon roof feature that I had not even noticed a head into the Range Rover Evoque as I was admiring the interior. He immediately pointed out the full moon roof feature that I had not even noticed and from there he started pointing out all the other features of that car. I must say I was impressed with his knowledge and his excitement about that car. I told him what I was looking for, i.e., interior/exterior color, coupe, etc., and he said they had just the one I wanted (coupe) in Annapolis. I drove to Annapolis the following Tuesday night and Graeme took me on the ride of my life over their "off road" course - whew, even though I would never off road, the test demonstrated the stability and safety features of the Evoque. I was sold! Graeme's knowledge of the car, I'm sure, is in part that he was a Master Mechanic with Land Rover in Great Britian and has himself owned 50+ Range Rovers over the years. We came to a fair price for the car and my trade in and I drove my new Evoque Coupe home that very evening and I'm thrilled. More
