I'm very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism from the general manager. The general manager got involved with my deal, and he would not be able to negotiate a deal since the dealership had to mak from the general manager. The general manager got involved with my deal, and he would not be able to negotiate a deal since the dealership had to make a crazy deal with the previous owner of the vehicle. What gets under my skin is that you blatantly said that this previous customer purchased vehicles from you before from other places you have worked. The bottom line is if you can make a deal for one customer, this should be done for ALL of your customers. More
