On most occasions, it takes more than one trip to solve a problem. One time, I did around $3000 worth of work to the front end. My wife complained a month or two later about the way it was handling in the rain. Came to find out they forgot to align the front end after the work, cost me 2 very expensive tires. I took it one time to get a rear door latch replaced, they replaced the wrong side because, neither before or after did they confirm the problem or solution. I had to return and pay a second time to do the work on the other side. Last time, I took it for a transmission issue. I felt that I had a leak. They "checked" it and, of course, told me I needed a new transmission. I asked them to top off the transmission fluid and let me know if it was still showing the symptoms. They did and told me that it was still slipping significantly and that I should get a new $4500 transmission. I went and picked it up, no symptoms. I till it somewhere else where they confirmed a leak and fixed it. More
