Service My only issue was returning the loaner in 24 hours or additional charges would be incurred. Spent $2000 on the car being treated with a protective coating. Dropped car at 10 am and contract to return by 10 am next day. Requested a return of the loaner at noon (due to a prior Appt) and advised extra charges would occur. Needless to say I had to reschedule my prior appointment to ensure I would have the loaner returned by 10 am.. I believe a little flexibility on your loaner vehicles should be considered.
