We are a family of 5 and the entire staff made it feel like family. Jeff Boon was are Sales Representative that made the entire experience simple and making a deal even easier. The staff at the front was attentive and welcoming. The other members made sure they were friendly but still kept their distance with everything going on. The finance department was explaining all the options available and made it extremely easy. I would highly recommend Jeff Boon and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Does Land Rover ue actually care about its customers. It seems that Land Rover Bellevue knows it has a "captured" client base and as a result does not appreciate its customers. Corporate Land Rover needs It seems that Land Rover Bellevue knows it has a "captured" client base and as a result does not appreciate its customers. Corporate Land Rover needs to start focussing on its customers and managing the dealers to ensure this happens. Seems Corporate caters to the needs of the dealership rather than customers. I dont want to have to wait weeks out to get an appointment. I do not want to pay for checking items that other dealers do for free. I do want the work checked before the car is returned to me so I do not have to return the car to fix repairs not done correctly. I have had the car for 2.5 years and Land Rover still has not managed to get the internet working. Seems that after me requesting help numerous times that the dealer should be aware of the isssue and contact me to see if its working and get on it until its sorted out rather than me repeatedly having to raise the isse with no resolution!!! This should have been done in the first few weeks of purchasing the vehicle. More

3rd Range Rover from Bellevue I purchased three Range Rovers from Bellevue with great success until my last purchase from Alec. I turned in my lease with one month remaining be I purchased three Range Rovers from Bellevue with great success until my last purchase from Alec. I turned in my lease with one month remaining because of my travel schedule. I asked Alec to make sure that month was included in the new purchase and he said .....IT IS INCLUDED !!!! I returned home from a business trip to an invoice for 1,200.00, I called Bellevue and asked them to please explain this to me. They said it was your last month on your lease and I explained that this was to be included in my new purchase. They said, sorry we can not do anything!!!! AKA Won't - :) The moral of this email is to make sure you check all documents (my fault for trusting Alec). These new sales associates have very little experience and it shows. I am sure with some coaching Alec one day will be a good sales associate. On a positive note; 1. Use ZORAN if you are going to buy a new Range Rover. He has many years of experience and is a wealth of knowledge. 2. The Finance managers are great to work with and very professional. 3. Most important, I love my new Range Rover !!!!! Have a great day !!!! More
