I called them up to let them know my car was on the way. Shane kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Once the assessment was complete (the wheel and ball joint on my F-Pace were damaged pretty badly), the necessary work was scoped, communications to my insurance company and myself were made, work approved, car fixed!
