Ten hours to purchase a vehicle paying cash is unacceptable Salesman was very helpful and polite. General manager needs a different title or a PR course. Service Department Our last visit was a disappointment. We made an appointment to address a hood switch malfunction, which the service rep thought would be a quick fix. Our last visit was a disappointment. We made an appointment to address a hood switch malfunction, which the service rep thought would be a quick fix. Appointment scheduled for 9am. Diagnostic test took more than three hours. It also revealed that the brakes had worn below the acceptable limit. No complaint about that, except the car had been in for a 60k mile service no more than a month before this service. The condition of the brakes was either missed or not appropriately highlighted; if the hood switch had not malfunctioned we would have driven on those brakes until the next service, which might have been a year or more. More
