I called in on Monday to check the earliest available appointment when I could bring my car in. Sheneta called me back promptly and told me I could just bring my car in the following morning to get it fixed. Previously, I had to make an appointment and wait almost 2 weeks to bring my car in. They were able to get it done quickly and Sheneta sent me a text message to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. Super easy! More

Unfortunately, my car needed parts they didn't have in stock and it took over a week to ship them in. The cost of a loaner car for 1.5 weeks would have been way more than the cost to overnight some lightweight parts for my Range Rover. I wish they had expedited the shipments.
