Nothing resolved I brought my car to resolve six issues. They returned the vehicle saying five have been resolved, when in fact NOTHING has been resolved. Back to squ I brought my car to resolve six issues. They returned the vehicle saying five have been resolved, when in fact NOTHING has been resolved. Back to square one. They are still waiting for a part on the last issue (broken bushing). I scheduled a service a month later to install the bushing, but when I went to the service department to confirm, they said there was no appointment on record so then I had to explain the problem again and reschedule my appointment. Standard Only two experiences for routine annual service, both times with hiccups. First time, was scheduled before service was due so I had to be rescheduled for later date. I bought my car there and explained what the appointment was for when originally scheduled, but seems they didn’t look at dates until I arrived. Not a big deal except I live 90 minutes away - inconvenient 3 hours of unnecessary travel. Second time was to be full day for software update download/installation. Failed to notice upon intake that it couldn’t be done on the specific system I had, so another 3 hours of wasted travel to/from dealership. People are friendly, loaner cars are nice, routine oil change & scheduled seems fine. As for coordination, communication, etc, I’ve had better experiences at Ford, Mini, & Jeep dealers. Not what I expected from a ‘luxury’ brand. More

Everything was going great with Alec, my salesman, until I mentioned that I needed to sleep on the decision. The manager, Adam Gallardo, came in and let me know that if I didn’t buy the car today, the price would increase tomorrow by 13%. He explained that they made a mistake on the price and in the morning the price would be higher. I wasn’t going to be pressured into making the sale that day so I left. I contacted Alec in the morning and we were able to make the deal at the advertised price. If this was a sales ploy, it didn’t go well for me. More
