Good Experience with a rocky start My LR4 broke down in Cle Elum WA on a Friday night. I waited until Monday morning to have it towed. I called Land Rover Roadside Assistance and explic My LR4 broke down in Cle Elum WA on a Friday night. I waited until Monday morning to have it towed. I called Land Rover Roadside Assistance and explicitly described that my transmission was seized and that the wheels would not roll. A flatbed truck arrived and observed the wheels unable to roll. I waited another 3 hours for a different type of truck to arrive. One did not. I called Roadside Assistance and told the dispatcher I needed to return home to Seattle and that I would leave the keys in the vehicle. I arrived at Bellevue Land Rover and checked in to get a loaner car. I was then informed that they assumed my LR4 was in at Land Rover of Bellevue and in fact nobody was towing the car from Cle Elum. In fact, a tow truck driver stood in my face and said "I'm not driving to Cle Elum!" I had to again call Roadside Assistance and go through the whole thing a 3rd time. A this point, I was becoming very irate and that is when Sheneta stepped in and was able to begin to sort things out and facilitate me getting a rental car. Once Sheneta was able to get to her portion of the services I felt she was exemplary and very professional. She remained in contact with me for the 2 weeks that passed while waiting for a new transmission installation. Sheneta was above all the most helpful during the entire ordeal. More
