Amazing sales team bad service departments One week after purchasing the our évoque, engine light came up and auto start/stop wasn’t working. I spoke with Alina and she scheduled me for 3 weeks One week after purchasing the our évoque, engine light came up and auto start/stop wasn’t working. I spoke with Alina and she scheduled me for 3 weeks out. Saying this is non emergency. After 3 week I take the car in . 3 days later I got the car back . I test the auto start /stop and it’s not working. I immediately call back Alina. I didn’t get a response until the end of the day. I was told to drive the car for 100 miles and if still not working bring it back . 3 days later and 100 miles engine light comes back on and auto start not working. My wife calls and was told she needs to be scheduled 3 weeks out . this is for something they didn’t fix) plus really no empty or explanation . Frustrating but what can we do. Tried talking to a different Agent, this time Robin to no avail. We had to wait again. I took the car back in. 2 days later I got it back. Same thing . Auto start still not working and paperwork says fully tested and functioning as designed. I call back robin . Again no call back until end of day. I am now scheduled to go out with mechanic to confirm the problem. Bottom line working with sales is a pleasure but when it comes to services you really need a new culture with much higher bar to match the sales team does. We are disappointed. Compared to Toyota and Mercedes of Bellevue thé service is really lacking More
Passenger door trim replacement. Thomas scheduled my appointment in advance & when I arrived I was greeted by several people that made me feel welcome. One day delay for brake job The service was supposed to take a day; but understandably, it was lengthened to 2 because of brake work. Parts were ordered, but turned out to be the incorrect ones. This delayed the completion another day. The service advisor Sheneta was helpful and efficient. However, this type of delay is all too common with dealer serviced vehicles. Often, it is inexperience in the parts department in properly identifying and specifying parts. The cost is borne by customer and service department, which of course means it costs more to get cars serviced. Independent, small shops have worked well for me in the past and may be the way to go with older vehicles. More
