When I arrived, Eric first educated me on the nuances of my highly complex & intelligent F-Pace, then got me into a service loaner. Quick Service I called on my way to work to inquire about fixing my turn signal and I was able to come right in and get it fixed quickly - no charge. The Front Desk staff also provided a nice greeting, Shenata walked me out to my car when finished and the gentleman who washed my car opened my door for me (very nice). More

Consistently poor experience I brought my vehicle in to fill the DEF. I told the women at the front desk that the service engine light came on the day before. It's a red alert so I brought my vehicle in to fill the DEF. I told the women at the front desk that the service engine light came on the day before. It's a red alert so was concerned. When they checked me out the rep told me that the engine service light was on and wanted to make me aware. I was puzzled as to why they didn't investigate it. She said I would need to bring it back for diagnostics. I asked her how comfortable she was letting me drive away with a red service light. She said she would look at the code. She checked and could not see a code. I mentioned it had come on before for brief period of time and she said to bring it back when it was consistently on. I got the impression they didn't have enough people to look at it but didn't say that. I would have understood that. She also said it wasn't on the form so they didn't look at it. Really? This is such poor customer service. I drove away with the engine light on. Fortunately it went off the next day so am assuming I don't have an issue but can't be sure. We've had issues every time we've brought it in and am dread even making an appt. I can't wait for the warranty to be done and will find a reputable place to service my vehicle. More
