2nd Time in and 2nd bad experience This is the second time my car (new car) has had to go in for minor work within 3 months, this time the screen washers were't working. Waited 2 weeks This is the second time my car (new car) has had to go in for minor work within 3 months, this time the screen washers were't working. Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment and dropped the car off at 7:45, I was not given an option of a loaner car, only a shuttle or an UBER, but not to worry this was only a minor fix and I should have the car back by midday. By 3pm I hadn't heard anything so sent 2 text messages asking for a status update, by 4pm I left an voice mail asking for some news, also left work to catch the bus home. While sitting on the bus I received a call saying they were still looking at the car and would arrange for an UBER to get me to work in the morning. No mention of how I was to make my evening appointments. I received a text with the link to UBER i was to use in the morning, so when I came to use the link it was expired, of course the dealer isn't open at 6:30 am so again I was out of pocket. It's the poor communication that annoys me and the "we really don't care" attitude when things do go wrong, I feel like I'm inconveniencing them by being a customer. More
Never received a call back I purchased a used vehicle from another dealership and found out that it was originally purchased and serviced at Land Rover of Bellevue. I was interested in an extended warranty so I called the dealership. After 2 days I hadn't received a call back. I called again - no call back. I called 4 TIMES and never received a call back. I will say that when I called the service department I did get a call back quickly. The service was done in a timely manner. More

As any RR owner knows, they require excellent maintenance to get the most out of them and we have never been disappointed. Robin has been our service advisor for the past 6+ years and recently she's been partnering with Alina. Both are excellent and I highly recommend them. More
Unfriendly. Indifferent. I had to call multiple times to even setup an appointment. The interaction at the "human" level was missing. I asked about a loaner, the reply was unapologetically dismissive. I asked about a coupon, the reply was blunt: "if you have a coupon with you, I need to see it now." Yet, the advisor called later and said there is a $1900 break replacement to be done and they conveniently "have a 15% coupon lying around." I didn't enjoy the experience at all. I am looking elsewhere for my services to be done moving forward. More
