Time consuming First of all brand new car with too many issues and they can’t figure it out and they always make it sound like I am making up stories, only couple of First of all brand new car with too many issues and they can’t figure it out and they always make it sound like I am making up stories, only couple of service advisors are nice and knowledgeable. Last issue was I went to drop of my car and get loaner they mentioned over a year ago I returned a loaner with body damage and did not take care of it now they can not do loaner for me and for insurance purposes I have do through rental company.. she end up giving me loaner, but the issue for me is why haven’t you tell me then, why do you give me loaner at least last 10 times I brought my car for service and no one mentioned anything. One time they said we are out of loaner we put you in rental and I accepted, but no one ever mentioned this. The process of dropping the car off is about one hour not to mention I do have an appointment for it from month ago. One time I got stuck at work and got to LR 20 minutes lates they did not accept it I had to cancel and reschedule. To me non of that is acceptable. More

Alina is AMAZING Alina went above and beyond to help fix my wife's car. There was some issues figuring out if it was under warranty or not, but she helped cut through Alina went above and beyond to help fix my wife's car. Great personalized service. I was seen promptly with introductions and a business card provided. The customer waiting area was wonderfully stocked and clean. Not sure about Range Rover I mentioned to my wife that the oil should be changed on her Range Rover. She took it to the dealer and it was $800 ("basic service"). That's OK I gu I mentioned to my wife that the oil should be changed on her Range Rover. She took it to the dealer and it was $800 ("basic service"). That's OK I guess but they then told her she may want to replace the "rear brakes" at this time. I'm no mechanic but the car is only 2 years old with around 15k miles on it. I thought brakes last a little longer than 15,000 miles. For another $1,175 they could take care of it. It seems like it's early to do this and if it's only the rear brakes it seems a little expensive. It's not fun when you feel like taking your car to the dealer you bought it at is always an opportunity for them to soak you. More

Great service! My car was brought in for warranty, a call back for upgrade of the internal software, I lost my key a while ago and forgot to pick it up, when I came My car was brought in for warranty, a call back for upgrade of the internal software, I lost my key a while ago and forgot to pick it up, when I came in the part department approach the case owner that my key was ready for programming too. And of course after the service the car was fully washed which was great. More
