The experience is great, looks some follow ups is forgotten I moved to the new place month before and I bought a used Honda civic last week. The sales people invite me test the car politely and it was great. Although it's used car, the dealer maintained the car in a very good condition. It's clean, new mat, perfect functionality. While paying the cash, I was suggested to extend the warranty. Although I didn't buy the additional warranty. I feel comfortable. More
Subpar I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment. Dropped my car off at 8:30 and there wasn't any cars available so rental at Enterprise was provided. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment. Dropped my car off at 8:30 and there wasn't any cars available so rental at Enterprise was provided. I didn't hear back from my service rep and at 6pm called to find out if there was any work completed, updates. I was told that the technician hadn't given a report back, however not sure anyone actually looked at the car that day of scheduled service. Following day and 3:45 was called to say the car was ready and picked it up. The check engine light was immediately back on and now waiting again to have someone take a look. More

No Pressure, Great Service I really hate buying cars (who doesn't?), but if I have to buy a car, I want the experience to be as smooth as it was at Bellevue Land Rover/Jaguar. Rachel and Marcos were both amazing and supportive, and everyone at the dealer was super friendly and genuine. (Of course, I was buying a rather expensive car, so hopefully everyone would be nice! :) ) I didn't feel pressure in any part of the process. The one complaint I have was that I didn't get the car fully charged, but that's a minor quibble vs. the praises I could sing. More
