My car's recall was strictly a software update, which Jaguar should have been able to do without me leaving my car at the dealership overnight. That said, the drop-off and pick-up went fine. They got me in a loaner. They were thorough in investigating an issue with the center console computer occasionally taking a while to boot up. More

Was told to bring it back and it would take 10 minutes. It took over an hour. Later that day a double beep sound started happening for no apparent reason randomly. Called and was told I need to bring it back again that something needs to be reset. I had a similar bad experience one year ago where I had to bring back the car after a general maintenance. My car is 2 years old with 24k miles. More

I'm going in to answer this survey being primed with the word "awesome." Also, I may think that I shouldn't answer the survey unless my experience was "awesome." The last time I filled out a survey with dealerrater.com, they invited me to leave a Google Maps review after I submitted a favorable rating. I'm wondering whether dealerrater.com will invite me to leave a Google Maps review after submitting an unfavorable rating. If so, then that's an indicator that dealerrater.com is biasing Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue's Google Maps rating by only directing people who leave favorable ratings to leave Google Maps ratings. More
Didn't take care of issue. I brought in my FPACE for a regular annual service. I brought it in Friday for an appointment on Monday. When I called at noon they had not started I brought in my FPACE for a regular annual service. I brought it in Friday for an appointment on Monday. When I called at noon they had not started the service as it somehow was not registered. It was finally done at the end of the day. However, I also mentioned that one of the keys was not working. It stopped working after about 1.5 years. Again, somehow they forgot to troubleshoot that key so I was delayed an extra 45 minutes at the service place while they looked at it. Bottom line, it's broken and unless I bought key insurance I will have to buy a new one. Key insurance??? It's been 2 days and still no word on how I get a new key. More
