Zoran rocks We had already agreed on price of a car from Larson. We were ready to get to move forward and found out car had multiple owners. . To be fair they offered us another car but at point we felt dishonesty and decided to think about it. We decided to go Bellevue Land Rover. While checking inventory online we chatted with Rachel and made an appointment with Zoran. Within 30 minutes Zoran gravie me a call back . We went in to see him next day we share the estimate from Larson . He found us a similar car and was able to match Larson deal. In and out with 2 hours. Had a friend buy his first rover here and then when he wanted his second, lack of communication and follow through. He ended buying it in Oregon. Such crappy service for a high end car, ill be heading back to Mercedes or Audi. I can't count how many service advisors I've had over the past 2 years .... Sorry guys, when you never get back after multiple call, shame on you :( More

This added unnecessary time to the appointment. Also, if the service require the battery be removed I would make sure to set back the original settings, not leave the time and date back to 2005. I know these sound like minor things, but at the price charged you would expect a better service. More
