While checking inventory online we chatted with Rachel and made an appointment with Zoran. Within 30 minutes Zoran gravie me a call back . We went in to see him next day we share the estimate from Larson . He found us a similar car and was able to match Larson deal. In and out with 2 hours. Such crappy service for a high end car, ill be heading back to Mercedes or Audi. I can't count how many service advisors I've had over the past 2 years .... This added unnecessary time to the appointment. Also, if the service require the battery be removed I would make sure to set back the original settings, not leave the time and date back to 2005. I know these sound like minor things, but at the price charged you would expect a better service. More
