Poor Service, great car Booked in for a service with a loaner car, 6 weeks in advance, when I arrived for my appointment, no loaner cars were available and No one had called Booked in for a service with a loaner car, 6 weeks in advance, when I arrived for my appointment, no loaner cars were available and No one had called in advance to say otherwise, what should have been a quick 10 mins drop off became a trip to Enterprise to pick up a mini van, it was the only car they had available and the car was without gas. Shane is wonderful, the Bluetooth, not sonmuch! I am impressed by your service personnel. Not happy that Jaguar has such awful Bluetooth and auxiliary power sources!
