Great Experience with Advisor Robin My car had a defective battery and was dead and would not hold a charge. Rude service from the start I went in to have my car serviced. Admittedly it was busy but Shane who i worked with was condescending to me from the get go. I tell him Whats wrong and that i would like an oil change he seems in a hurry to get rid of me and hands me a bill for $1500 i told him i had the all included package. Points to his computer and says thats not what the computer says, how would it be free in the rudest tone talking down to me as if i was asking for a hand out. I told him to forget about it and just fix whats wrong with the Jag. They put me in the dirtiest loaner ive ever been in. Seriously it was disgusting, they didnt bother to clean it at all looked like the previous driver spilled something in there. And hours later text me to say it turns out i did have the elite package and they did the oil change for free. Gee thanks. More
