The brakes were adjust perfectly. Big thumbs up on the mechanical issues. The car was washed and supposedly cleaned on the outside. There were several spots missed on the exterior and a big patch of gunk below the fuel filler almost like there had been a fuel spill of some sort. The interior did not appear to have been cleaned as there were several routine pieces of debris on the carpets and seats, windows not cleaned on inside. Sheneta was my service rep. She was very professional and courteous and did what she said she was going to do when she said she would. More

He also worked around my tricky schedule and was able to get my car diagnosed and serviced fairly quickly. He was also highly communicative, and I was kept informed about the status of my car on a daily basis. He also gave a detailed explanation of the actual issue, and the steps taken by the service team to fix the problem. Victoria from the front desk was also very helpful in coordinating my interactions with Eric and making sure I get to the service center and back in a timely and convenient fashion. More

Vehicle popularity has vastly outgrown your service capacity I arrived at 7:30 for my new vehicles first service having bought it about 6 months ago. I believe I may have been the second customer to arrive that day and was anticipating about a two hour turnaround. I work in Snoqualmie, so a shuttle ride or Uber back and forth is highly unproductive. So I was completely prepared to work and have business calls for two or three hours. By about 9:30, there was not an empty seat in the waiting room. I counted heads at one point and there was roughly 25 people in the customer service area. At around 10:30 your monitor said my paperwork was being processed so I thought I would be out shortly. It took another hour to finish and process the paperwork. I left the service center around 11:30. For the first and basic service, this is way too long. But the real point of the review is your vehicle are great, you are selling record numbers I am sure. Your investment in your service department is lagging your sales infrastructure. Your customer base will not tollerate that for long. I am not sure that I won't pursue service at another local Range Rover location like Tacoma or elsewhere, where they have made that investment. The first time service experience was very negative. Good service at a very high price I gave the service personal very high Mark's but the price quotes are just hard to accept, even for those who can afford $100k cars. I basically got a oil change with a few fluffy side inspections and it cost $1000. And that didn't even come with a car wash. Just to many other shops out there doing good work for 1/2 the price or less. It's to bad because I do enjoy working with the folks in the service area. More
