Got it done, just unorganized I got there at 8:30a and there was no one there. The service entry door was closed so I waited until someone showed up. Looked like there was a breakdown in their process. My appointment was for standard yearly maintenance. I had reserved a loaner but that was not ready but there was one available. All in all, what I thought would be a 10 min drop off (or less) turned into at least 45 mins. More

They don’t care They don’t listen to what the issues are. If you live out of town and have to take days off to go in for service it is an issue about the miles out o They don’t listen to what the issues are. If you live out of town and have to take days off to go in for service it is an issue about the miles out on the loaner. They have a problem with animals in loaner when they are service dogs. Car was picked up from service with issue not resolved. Missed 2 days work and have to reschedule. More

There is a lot of miscommunication between the folks providing the services and the representatives working with the customers. Jaguar/Land Rover is light years behind servicing a high-end customer. My last visit I had to come in 3 times before my car was actually ready when they said, and even though I called 30 minutes ahead to be sure it has been washed and vacuumed (and I was promised it was done) it wasn't and I had to take it to Brown Bear myself otherwise I was asked to wait another 30 minutes. Don't they realize how important our time is? A little bit of proactive initiative goes a LONG way and makes customer feel appreciated and valued. Maybe one day they will be able to figure it out... unfortunately for me, because of the poor service at their service center I will never buy another jaguar or land rover vehicle. More
